Brightwell Dispensers acquires CT Dispensing Systems

Brightwell Dispensers Ltd has acquired its Spanish stockist, CT Dispensing Systems. Both companies are well-established and well-known brands and have been sharing a close partnership for over 25 years.

CT Dispensing Systems will continue to operate under its own name for the foreseeable future, retaining its existing management team and administration functions. The company is based in Barcelona, Spain, from where it has been supplying its Spanish and Portuguese customers since 1993.

The acquisition will strengthen our European reach and market position.”
