Creating effective cleaning standards through Whole-Workforce training and Knowledge Networks

Often standards are dictated by a small group of people or an organisation, with little monitoring and no real-time knowledge of how they are being delivered. Creating a set of skills standards is one thing but making sure they’re adopted and deployed ‘as standard’ is very different, hence, most have failed to effectively gain traction.

UhUb is creating a different result. We believe the only way to create and maintain standards is business by business, through Whole-Workforce training.

Whole-Workforce training ensures everyone receives the same basic training, creating standards in knowledge, productivity, abilities, protection, and information across your business, with live data reporting.

From there you have a solid foundation to deploy any other development training such as Client Specific, UhUb Supervisor & Company Career Path training.

Knowledge Networks can be deployed across the supply chain enabling Training In, and Training Out.

Our client’s commitment is that every operative will be trained to the same standard. To achieve this, sub-contractors also deploy UhUb (training out), ensuring training is consistent through the supply chain. They can also ensure any 3rd party - social, product & equipment, site specific, or training from any source is available to those who need it (training in).

In 2021 UhUb delivered 228,161 lessons with 11,364 learners, that’s 32.81% more lessons than 2020, demonstrating the impact Whole-Workforce training and Knowledge Networks create.
