ISS UK has presented its corporate responsibility report for 2020. The report details the milestones reached despite the challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic.
These achievements include: announcing a new target to achieve Net-Zero direct carbon emissions by 2030; realising the lowest gender pay gap to date for its workforce; and mobilising a team to support the creation of the first COVID-19 Nightingale Hospital model in just 10 days.
The report also focuses on highlights under the ThinkForward@ISS pillars of sustainable service performance, enhancing customers’ purpose and people empowerment.
