Kärcher UK has announced the promotion of Paul Bensley to sales director for the UK professional business as part of an internal restructure focused on improving the customer experience. Bensley will lead the entire professional sales team along with the field solutions team, Kärcher UK training academy, and professional service business. This newly formed OneProfessional business brings together sales and service which will create synergies and allow Kärcher to focus the entire business on delivering a world-class customer experience.
The new approach is part of Kärcher’s strategic growth plan which involves focusing both the sales and service businesses on industry specific target groups to drive its growth goal.
