The recent merger with Atalian Servest’s operations in the UK, Ireland, and Asia has propelled OCS into the ranks of the world’s largest international facilities service providers. This significant union marks a key step in OCS’s journey to become the world’s leading facilities service provider, with ESG at its core.

In line with Net Zero Week, OCS has set a bold goal - to achieve net zero greenhouse gas emissions across all its UK and Ireland operations by 2040. The urgency of our planet’s needs propels this vision forward.

As part of its commitment to ESG principles, OCS has strengthened its ESG team for the UK and Ireland. Their mandate is to elevate the company’s sustainability initiatives to new heights. In 2024, OCS conducted a materiality assessment to guide its ESG strategy, which will be launched later this year. The company is deliberate in identifying the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) it champions and determining where its impact can be most profound.
